Why this game is using Godzilla roar sound effects?

And its not even "classic" Godzilla. Its roar from Godzilla movie released in 2014. I doubt that developers got permission for using those.

Prove it? The game is the prove. Right side of village entry in Northern Border zone you can hear this multiple time in row. I am assuming that its those blue floating balls with spikes are making this sound, hard to miss it

Both the developer and whoever worked on the audio for that Godzilla movie probably used the same sound library and happened to use that same sound.

It's just like when you watch a movie and hear that same door creaking sound or same water drop sound. There are a lot of freely available sound banks out there.
