I can't play the game [SOLVED]

It says "exit and log in steam" But im already logged O_o
Also no steam overlay, nothing
What the heck with this game

EDIT: Ok i found a solution for those with the same problem. Go to your Steam folder and search for the game folder. Once inside right click on the exe and run it as administrator
