I wanted to know the answer to this question myself! I took all the video clips from SGT Sarah Pearson, and she has over 1 hour and 47 minutes of video footage for the dialogue in Starship Commander: Arcade, plus you get a 52 minute documentary about how the game was created as a Free DLC. There is other free content online on our YouTube channel about our inspiration from Adventure games, and how we got Sophie Wright to become one of the AI NPCs in the game but that's free so I won't count that.
There are 454 lines that Sarah Pearson can say, plus about another 50 from the Ship Computer. It's not possible to run through all of the lines in a single playthrough and an average playthrough will hear about 35-50 lines depending on how how verbal you want to be.
