FPS Wallpaper

Hi, I make a live wallpaper of worldmap, very very nice the editor and I can show 60 FPs in the editor... but when I run the live wallpaper in the desktop, the fps drop to 38 fps... In settings the limit is 60fps, and my machine is a ryzen 5950x with nvidia rtx... what is the problem of this drop of fps in the live wallpaper?

The program reduce fps to keep CPU and GPU usage low. You can change the Priority option in the settings to increase FPS

But I set in settings 60fps, but still 38... Maybe is a bug? I have a ryzen 5950x with rtx.
