Stuck in a vault

My game crashed when I was in a vault, I restarted the game and now I’m in the vault and the doors have closed and I can’t open them?…. Also I can’t fast travel out. What do I do?

Using photo mode causes vault doors to open (for some reason) so might allow you to escape.
