Stat Soft/hard caps?

just curious if there is any as thatll pretty much tell me how im going to invest stats only 2 i care about is str/int

level cap is 100, and one playthru only gets you to around 50. It'll take several playthrus to max it out, so I wouldn't even worry about it.
