Bumping this because of how important this can be for a lot of people. I did this and it actually works.

In short, yes, it works.

Your file path can wildly differ from the link proved.

Mine was as follows (replace the xxx with your Windows username):
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\Engine.ini
yes its the win 7 Path here the Win 10 path C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\Biomutant\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and open the engine.ini but u have the podium effect on Trees and green staff :D i reset the ini when i play with controller the motion blur is not realy there but with mouse is very strong and for me its not a mouse game :) like DMC i get no dizzy or some other probleme they i have normaly with motion blur i play now 5Hours in a row :)
Thank you. I already refunded over this issue. I was getting a headache after less than an hour of playing.
Can somebody just post how to do it in here so that I do not have to go to the article? It keeps saying that I have adblock enabled even though I do not, so I cannot view the article. Thank you.

nice maybe i vanish my podiom effect problem :D
What does r.DefaultFeature.AntiAliasing=1 do exactly? Which AA mode is being use in the game?
I'm asking because I also get headaches from playing and that almost never happens (been gaming for 30+ years). The game also seems to suffer from serious micro-stutter in some areas (still 50-60 fps on max but unplayable due to flickering and stuttering).
I fiddled around with the settings and the most expensive option is the shadow quality of course. But post process and effects also cause micro-stutter. What exactly is enable by the different stages of post-process?

Same here. I get headaches when games use badly implemented AA solutions and post-processing that make the game "blurry". Going to try the above solutions later today. Usually disabling Anti Aliasing, Motion Blur and Chromatic Aberration helps. The headaches and eye strain come from your eyes continuously trying to focus a moving image (the game) that is, in fact, blurry and washed out.

Imagine just having this option by default...

Point is, fix it, devs. Pls.

FYI, 99% of people dislike motion blur and play with it off... So why put it in games?

The game uses FXAA and TAA. The latter especially blurs out the image in order to "fix" Aliasing
Hm, the microlag also is much worse when using the controller but I'm using the standard X1 controller and it works flawlessly in 99% of games I play.
