I don't understand why people comment ♥♥♥♥, like you. You're not smart my dude. Monster Hunter World on Steam is also Single-Player, but I can kill mobs with my friends.
Lixteris said Monster Hunter World as an example also just lists "Singleplayer" and not "Coop" even though it is coop. And that's after the release of MHW. Biomutant isn't even out yet, so this could still be added to the Steam page. He doesn't say Biomutant has coop because MHW has coop or anything that depends on capacity. So Lixteris was completely right with his comment. Not sure what you interpreted out of it
However, MHW on the Playstation store also says 1-player, but also lists online play or 4-player with PS Plus. I assume in MHW's case, it's just the publisher copy/pasting a storepage format, but since PS Plus isn't relevant to PC, they just left the online tags blank for whatever dumb reason.
