Old world vault Hobydunk

The old world device is visible from a distance, but when I get closer it is no longer displayed to me. I can see it and there is the white pulsating dot but when i get closer it doesnt become an interactive object. Please fix thank you.

Some puzzles are tied to quests, I seen that happen before.

I believe that's an oven in a little village yes? It's specifically tied to a quest that starts somewhere nearby (Southwest I think? A small stall along the road on one of the islands).
You can't access it until you've reached the point in the quest where it needs you to interact with it.
