where can I buy a hard hat?

I need one for a main quest. I literally spent 40+ hours not doing main quests. Now that I'm doing main quests I need one. I found the tower with the hard hats on top years ago and scrapped it because it was junk.

It turns out another main quest takes you to a place where you can get a hard hat. I was really afraid I broke it.

hard hats are brand new for each fortress you take. You are presumed to explore to the area marked on your map to find it. 5 times... for the 5 different factions...

Oh. The hard hat location is usually marked. I forgot about it as it has been a while since I bothered to do the tribe related things.
