Can you get stuck if you spend all your Witch Paper?

The Poison Gas contracts requires 2 Witch Papers to buy. If I spent all of them already would I end up stuck?

Well, there are plenty of Witch Papers around the building, so it's not that easy to run out... if you do, you can also keep the slices of cheese you have to give to the forest goblin.
If that's not an option, well, I don't believe there's another way to progress to the Dot Matrix boss/etc.

I also spent all my witch paper and now I can't &#(@'ing save the game lol. I've used up pretty much all the paper I could get. Thankfully I got the poison gas contract.

Unless this game has a way to give players an unlimited amount of witch paper before you meet the F.G., and give an unlimited amount of cheese afterward, it is possible to get pretty locked up. Or have to play one session without saving for several hours.

Anyone have a good cheat to get free items, either cheese or something else?

How in the hell did you run out. You are given SOOO MUCH. And the game isn't that long. Maybe just...try not to be bad??? I duno what to say lol.

there are many guides online so if you're having trouble with finding items i suggest you look up item placements this way you won't have to worry about running out

You could also just keep playing. It's not as if saving is necessary to progress in the game: hell, there's even an achievement for beating the game without saving. If you wasted all your paper, then take the L, accept you messed up, and progress until you get more. Alternatively, reload an old save and replay a bit.

I don't have tricks but it's the second time I make around half an hour of progress while desperately looking for papers I might have missed then die in a dumb way and ragequit.

This is very annoying. There's an infinite money trick but it doesn't help you with saves.
