Office Party VHS tape location?
I can't complete the achievement because I can't find the Office Party VHS tape... The tape won't appear after I break the barricade around the Dot Matrix (then had that conversation with Mr. Spader)? Did the location change from the DLC update?

Pretty sure you have to look at every painting or something before talking to spader for that tape to appear (if it is the floor 9 one you're talking about)
