what exactly I am supposed to do there? If you look directly at the lady in red, you get hurt and nothing else happens, if you look at the painting nearby, she moves to left or right gallery stand but then returns to her default frame.

also where can I find cocooned Inay (IT guy) and Kate? 4th floor is blocked and I hear some noise (like cocooned victim) in my cabinet, but I've already searched vents and found Marta in there.

You have to look at the paintings in a certain order. Inay is inside the computer. Normal play leads to Kate.

You can find Doshi by using corvo card on yo PC, kate later in water location (u need find scpecific code for elevator).
I don`t exactly remember about gallery... i guess you need to walk, search for lady pic and watch left/right pic near this lady several times. Then she will appear on a single pic above and you can proceed.
Don`t forget to put blank picture on the wall.

she's somewhere on the 4th flooded floor (where white worm bites you 5 times) or you can get her after that? I've found control of 2 office stalls but path to the very east side of the level is blocked, and once worm bites you 5 times, you *khm* leave the 4th floor
