It's not really necessary, but it's really just a minor issue of convenience for the most of us. I had no idea where the achievement guide is until I've used the link burningmime provided for us, and then I discovered there's a whole section on Yuppie psycho that's all about guides, right next to the discussion tab that I had been pressing for days just to get to this page.. I am a blind old man when it comes to navigating this jungle of a steam interface, and sometimes I get lost. Every little bit helps.

also, it may help if you could include some minor quality of life hints in your walkthrough, such as moving cubicles before facing the dot matrix boss in order to avoid being locked out of the boss area later on, the password to the water elevator being bell-bell-bell 2468 as well as the location of all 10 video tapes and when to get them. It'll really help new players speed up their playthoughs and avoid some annoyance that comes with the game.

10 video locations:
there are 2 videos inside of level 8, one is to the left of the man on the bench near the elevator, and another is at the top right corner of the cemetery.
There is one video on floor 4, near the entrance to the poison area. You have to crawl under a table and bypass a rotating puking man to get it. You need to get it before the Dot matrix fight or lose it forever.
There is another one on level 7, at the lower right corner of the mine room.
There are two more you need to get before the party disaster, I cannot for the life of me remember where they are.

I think the other one you forgot to mention was the one in the toilet on level 5. When that guy leaves the bathroom it becomes available. I don't know were the other one is which should be tape 4.
O.k just found Blood trails. Tape #4. It is on level 4 in some filing cabinets. After leaving the elevators go left where all those yellow posters are that I think say rise up or something. Their should be two cabinets next to each other that you have to crawl under a desk to reach. After opening the cabinet you get tape#4.

After the party disaster, most of the tape locations are lost, but you can get 3 more tapes before the point of no return:
On level 5, in the hallway leading up the room D, where Irina is being held, you can find it in a briefcase.
On level 9, if you were to watch all of the paintings before confronting Sader, the dot matrix will leave behind a briefcase with a tape inside as you are leaving.
On level 3, you can find another tape in the machine next to where Sintra (or Rei)'s body is being held.

And finally, as you'e said, you can find the last tape in the water level.
