I couldn't do it without a guide, and I didn't really see any sort of indicator.

the blood in the body is different in every one, if you check again in the party they are bleeding in differents places

Yeah, when the birthday party scene happens, if you talk to everyone you can spot where they are bleeding. The cocoons are bleeding in same places
