I bought all of them through 4 bundles (for each season), and yet I cannot watch S1E3 because it claims I have not purchased it. It does not seem to be in that season's bundle, and even then it is not for sale on the store page even though it is present to read the description of. Can this please be remedied?...

Season three disks didn't work on two bluray players so I entered the code to watch them here. Not all episodes appear in my list (missing 1, 2 and 3) and very few of them even start playing even though all that are in the list state 'Ready To Watch'. Also, why are the episodes not separated by season, as in S2E4?...
