Were you able to figure it out?

I am stuck here too. In inventory I have the glued togethered bowl and the electric screwdriver with the diamond bit. Don't know where to go from here.

Its 2-7-1-0-1-2 I found a walkthrough and it has to do with the clock.
You fill the bowl up with water

Thank you so much! I was really pulling my hair out on this one. I still can't figure the logic.

Thanks RipWitch. That 1825 over the door had me headed down a useless path.

Yah me too, I was counting everything but the clock.

Hey! How did you get the bowl from the floor without the waiter stopping you?

I believe you just talk to him with the new prompt (I don't remember if it was something about convincing him to be hired or what but there should be a string of prompts coming up that should be coming up till he walks away).

What new prompt? I have tried to speak to him heaps and nothing. All I have left is gum and the diamond drill. Please help!

Asking for help on a pnc puzzle completely defeats the purpose of playing pnc games. When I was 10 years old and had my old Amiga 1200, it took me 2 years to finish Monkey Island 2 because I was stuck on a few puzzles, the last thing I would do is ask for help. Hang your head in shame.

They're the numbers pointed to by the clock hands rather than the actual time.

Trust me, you need it with this puzzle. It makes absolutely no sense, and there are much more sensible clues pointing you in the wrong direction.

Well.. the only worthy puzzle in this game was this obscure meta-combination of the clock and the "hands-pointing-at-the-door-number-if-you-look-at-it-the-way-you're-supposed-to". Bit of a mess, bit of a disappointment..

EDIT: I actually left a positive review just because I believe the dev can come up with something better in the future.. but I still think all the puzzles were too easy and this one was absurdly difficult and nonsensical to arrive at..

This is bad game design plain and simple, you can't just throw in a convoluted number puzzle into a game that is childishly easy. Also there are puzzles in even the best adventures that are just nonsensical unplaytested wastes of time, and it's only fair that people ask for hints to get past the devs badly thought out ideas.
