Automated workers

Is it any good? Based on what will the worker decide it's actions?

I wish there was a way to set parameters - tell a worker to stick to a specific city, or to prioritize a specific yeild. Also, I only do automated workers late game, when I have a good strategic postion and empire management gets to be a grind, and they take FOREVER to start up. You have to click the automate button and then wait a minute or two (!) for them to figure out their move. It's aggravating when you have a lot of workers.

Yes, I do like the functionality. Combined with a build queue on cities it takes a away alot of the boring work when having a lot of cities late game. If it's 90% as good as doing it manual, I will take the penalty :).
