Hello. Love the game so far, but I have some trouble in playing in. I am one of those sad, unfortunate souls who has gotten so used to inverted y axis mouse control over the past decades, that it seems like I am just unable to adapt to anything else. If you could spare the time, I would appreciate it very much if you would add a toggle to invert. Thank you.

Though you can invert look on steam big picture, and being a meme game should be ok to play only on the couch

You can easily set a negative sensibility value with cheat engine and thus invert the y axis.
Just search for this array of bytes:
