Notice he only denies being engaged in an active lawsuit. Not threatening people with them. He even called Sid Alpha's fair review and critique defamation. It was visible before he changed it. It doesn't matter here. He has openly called any critique of his game defamation repeatedly here, and there is physical evidence that he threatened people with actual lawsuits. You need to stop dragging your feet Valve. Allowing him to get away with this only means others will think they can do the same.

Could you perhaps show us some evidence of Valve allowing you to have your own forum rules? Not that i don't trust you or anything but it seems kind of weird to have a sort of rule sandwich going on around here. As far as i know only Valve's rules are valid around here and whatever rules you might think of aint. But feel free to prove me wrong if you want to.

@bman001001 But not really? Reading this "apology" doesn't sound like an "I'm sorry" so much as a "I'm sorry I got caught". Just look at his "P.S." bit where he says he isn't suing anyone, it's not an apology, it's just saying he isn't actively suing anyone. His entire "apology" reads, to me, as a "have low expectations of me" rather than "I'm actually sorry for what I did". Then, he goes on to talk about his own forum rules, which sounds shady af to me, as I can't imagine Valve EVER giving permission to ANY dev to have their own forum rules, that's just too much chaos for their business model.

Even then though, the " legitimacy of some of the cases against me are questionable," bit sounds, to me, VERY much as a way to try to passive aggressively attack his critics.

Overall, at best, this apology sounds about as cut and paste of an apology you can get to me, and at least a little condesending.

This must be one of the weakest and most insincere apologies I've read, second just to the Fine Brothers 'apology'

You know what would be a good apology? A price reduction of say $7 worthy of this undercooked mess and an actual sincere apology. You really think were this stupid? I've seen more sincere apologies from actual people who have morals!
This is nothing more than damage control just to cover your own ass and nothing more. Also "I am sorry for the way I have acted and have learned from this experience" um.. what about the first experience when you took your game off Steam so the negetive reviews will go away? Sorry buddy, but I highly doubt that is even true let alone this half-assed apology.
If Lord Gaben does see fit to give you a second chance then don't waste it and don't ♥♥♥♥ around with Steam Users because we've had to deal with other ♥♥♥♥♥♥ 'developers' and were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ tired of this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I'll say it again....

Also, why you acted as you would be 100% backed by Valve even when you closed/rebranded your previous project due to your own actions?
