PS4's or PS3's port?

Is there any ofiicial information about this? Look at the system requirements (specifically DX11) I'm pretty sure it will be a PS4's port.

Its a Ps4 Port. The VITA and Ps3 version will not be released outside Japan.
Only the Ps4 and PC version will be released.

The port is in graphical quality of a ps4 - look at the requirements of the game (version dx 11)

If it were dx9 it would be a port of ps3

Just because they said PS3 and Vita won't be released outside Japan doesn't mean this is a PS4 port. That just means the actual games for those consoles aren't coming to America, only the PS4 game and PC game. The PC game could still be a mix of PS4 and PS3 graphics, just like 4-II, and I'm willing to bet that is the case, so I won't be buying now.

The graphics are well beyond what the PS3 can manage, but performance is quite bad unfortunately. Very choppy even on Medium settings, on a GTX1070 card. That's no good. That's no good at all.
