One Hour One Life

One Hour One Life

Does this game go on sale?
I'd like to play this game, it looks interesting, and kind of cute, does anyone know if it goes on sale ever? I checked a website but for some reason, it says in the website that it's $20, so I think it's outdated. Does it go on sale ever?

not sure i just bought for 20$ from website loong time ago before it came to steam
i got my 20 hours was worth it in the end

just think 20$ is basicly a combo meal at mcdonalds
just this "meal" lasts forever and can re eat it over and over

how i usualy decide if a game is worth
if i can get an hour of playtime Per dollar spent and hit the cost of the game it was worth

say i paid 60$ for a game id expect to get 60 hours from it
to make it worth

if i paid 5$ for a game a got 100 hours i got my moneys worth 100 times over

This is EXACTLY how me and my best friend judge wither we will buy a game or not, dollar per hour played is a great way to judge if you are getting bang for your buck!

Yes, I picked it up for only $7.49 (50% off) during the recent Steam Spring Sale. So, if you hold out, you might see it on sale again when they do the Summer one.

Bruh really? I read all over the place that the guy who makes the game doesn't believe in sales, and so I just bough it.

I feel bamboozled.

If you've played it for less than 2 hours, you can just request a refund through Steam and then repurchase later. But, yep, only paid $7.49 for mine, and since it was just one of the seasonal sales, I have to imagine it'd go on sale again for the next one. Could be wrong, though, but, hey, worth a shot if you want to save that extra money.

I'd be surprised to see a sale, I would imagine the developer would have to ok it first because it takes from their overall take; the problem is we have not seen the developer in over a year now, absolutely no communication whats so ever other than the fact the servers still up

Well, you can be surprised then. Because a sale's already happened this year. So clearly somebody somewhere okayed something because, as I said above, I was able to pick up the game this year for 50% off. So there's no need to discourage others from waiting to see if something similar happens during the yearly Summer Sale if they'd rather try to save some money.

i think he has no control over sales steam has control over that for the most part i think he can only opt out of so many sales and steam defaults X ammount per year

Lol Discourage others? Trust me, I know 20 bucks is alot considering people won't play this enough to justify paying for the entry fee. I would rather there be a sale but all I'm saying is the only sale that seems to have ever happened is the one that you got lucky enough to find! I hope they can get a deal like you got but realistically it may never happen for the simple fact the game has only went on sale when you were able to get it for $7.49. If someone doesn't have OHOL wishlisted it may never even show because its going to get drowned out by all the AAA titles and other indies so I highly even doubt it was frontpaged, I imagine you had it wish listed.
