Cursing nameless people

Hi!
I really enjoy the game and even though griefers are annoying, I can live with them. But i recently got killed by someone who didn't have a name and thought that made him immune to being cursed - and yes, it did, because I was gone so soon to name and curse him. Is there any way to implement a way to identify people that aren't namend? Like a nickname that gets overwritten by a name you get from your mom?
It is just so annoying to not even get revenge for someone killing of an entire thriving village.

If you could just type curse, it curses the one who attacked you automatically and it only works if you're attacked, else it does nothing. I also got murdered by someone and he lagged off my screen, so I couldn't read his name in time.

Thats also a good idea. Best with a slash, so children can curse aswell, since right now they have to wait until they are adults

If you see a nameless person around town you can simple name them like you would an adult. "You are Bob." and as long as you are close enough to the person they'll become Bob. People named like this do not get a surname so it's pretty easy to if someone wasn't named.

Your best choices for picking a name for nameless are the two letter names - bb, jj, cj, etc. As these are easier for children to curse. Curse JJ can be done by an eight year old where Curse Johnny would require you to be 12.

im glad children cannot curse, for obvious reasons...

quads spawn... quads curse... quads die... life sucks... tears ensue. mother dies.


to name someone get within 5 tiles of them and say "you are cj"
Cj being a 2 lettername, easy to curse.

when curses first came out, a lot of children would avoid getting named for this reason. as a result nameless babies would get abandoned or killed later on. Does someone who leaps out of a person hands constantly, not giving them the chance to be named, deserve to live? will they destory the town later on? who knows! its all part of the mystery of the game.
