Interesting backstory, bad gameplay element nonetheless (albeit also quite unimportant).
I wish dogs would at least serve a purpose. Right now whenever someone starts breeding dogs because "doggos" they only get in the way everywhere which can be very annoying in cluttered areas.

If you look on his old Castle Doctrine blog, he goes into great lengths about the ordeal. But even in his blog post, it was a Boxer that attacked his wife, not a Pit Bull. The Pit Bull comes from a separate event at the park, and the dog didn't attack, just spooked them. But smooth-brain Jason got into an argument with the dog's owner after threatening to pepper spray the dog. I'm guessing Jason still pissy about that.
Anyway, looking at how Jason just throws up refunds whenever someone gives him a negative review, he doesn't seem to be interested in listening to the community or any of their concerns at this point. Dogs will remain useless because he deems it so.
