This, the tutorial in this game is probably the only one I would actually recommend for players to play, and I am actually an anti-tutorial person, but in this game you have such a small window to learn something new that you need a super solid grasp on the older concepts to keep them fresh so you can execute them faster and more effeciently
I often find myself replaying the tutorial many times to strengthen my learning and effeciency.
All the right conditions needed to actually finish all steps in certain processes is heavily based on factors that aren't in your control; literally.
I think if you get stuck in the tutorial, you might not be ready for the actual game.
Edit: I do understand if you've done the tutorial before.
I guess I'm gonna refund this game cause I can't figure out how to stoke the fire, which means I'm going to suck at this, and I play a metric ton of survival games.
I went to the bottom of the row, held down space, but can't pick up kindling from a distance or interact with the fire. *smh*
It says hold down space to not move the camera, so that works, but I tried left and right click to pick up kindling but it won't grab some.
You're probably holding another item already. You need to drop it on the floor first by right clicking, and then left click to pick up kindling.
Nope, did all that. dropped the basket had nothing in hands, but it would seem that the path to the crate with kindling and the path to the smoldering fire are too narrow.
Silly question, but you did open the door that leads to the kindling room, right?
I was clicking on all kinds of walls to get there, didn't see a door. I will check again? lol
Well question was not so silly because NO, I didn't open the doors. oooops. It's hard to see them when they are vertical. OK now I can progress. (I feel silly). :)
Thank you. :)
Vertical doors are one of those things that are super obvious once you've played for a bit, but I agree that they're a bit hard to spot if you're new to the game :)
