Darker Stories of OHOL
There have been many "good" stories, about moms that care for their BBs and teach them trades, however i had a few "darker" Roleplay or other incidents.

I've had a few that i were entertaining and a bit much. So if you have anything interesting please share.

One of weirdest lives.

I was born into a good city, with an abundance of food, fresh rabbit and mutton pies, stews along the farm roads for the hungry farmers.

I had a loving mom and few aunties, they took babies around giving tours of the town. They even took turns feeding us in the nursery. I liked this place and I was going to help this city grown,I'd find a suitable position and when the time came i'd bear children an help with the rearing and teaching, just as my mom did.

I watched my family members runnning back and fourth going about their tasks and eager to join in.
I was finally 3 years old and able to feed myself.
I was Ready!

My mom picked me up for one last feed and wished me luck.
I begin to make my way to the farm lands, when a man picks me up and begins walking with me in his arms.

My mom sees but doesn't react so it must be safe. Perhaps he has a job for me to do or he wants my help with something.
We reach the city borders and start going through the wilderness, perhaps he needs help carrying goods back or he is going to teach me to hunt rabbit.

i'm getting hungry, but I spot some berries and ask with with my limited vocab for "F"
He stops and lets me fill up with berries, then swoops me up again.
Him letting me eat puts my mind is at ease, atleast he is concerned about my well being.

I trying to question him but he doesn't offer an explanation, we stop for food one more time on our journey. I'm super curiious as to what he brought me all this way for so I let him continue.

We finally reach a little camp ground, it's nothing like the big city. it had all th basic items for survival. fire for food, rabbits furs for clothing a small patch of farm land, a crude well.

He plops me down infront of a elderly man and says,
"Look what I found, a girl to help repopulate the village!"
Looking around the camp, all I see is old and middle-aged men.

I have a short story. It isn't super dark but it is about death caused by my stupidity.

I was very old and taking care of sheep, so I had a knife.

Woman approached me and asked for knife. I finished with the sheep and gave it to her, but I asked her to not go killing people.

A couple of minutes later, I hear a scream.

"I killed"

"Godammit". Then I died.

Lesson learned. Next life I saw knives, I gathered all 5 of them I found around the village and walked around with 4 in my backpack and one in my apron, and if people needed a knife I would do the thing they needed for them instead of giving them one.

How about when your town runs out of females, Their is nothing you can do when that happens. Usually it's because of bad luck, No daughters survived and the last girl went grey. Sometimes a griefer takes the easy oppturnity to murder them.

Most will opt for suicide, No point living in a doomed town. Some will remain hopful "An Eve will come", They stay and prepare the place for that day. It's worse when your there until the end, The last men slowly die off until it's just you. Alone in a ghostown.

Haha, I love the guilt through-out the video.
Also the comment about how it's roleplay so it's "justified" killing

Thanks for sharing

I've been in this situation too, mom had me then died shortly after. Uncles cared for me.
I was the last baby born. So I was alone in the town for maybe 20 years, till i died of old age.
There was plenty of food but just wanted to keep things going if some eve spawned near.
It was such a great location too. :(

Iron mine, 6+ wells, lots and lots of rabbit holes.
There were 10 full sets of fur clothing and backpacks but nobody to wear them.

I was born as the last female to a dying village. beautiful place... fields dying from neglect, but resources available. I got to be 4. I was working diligently to fix the berries by the time I could repopulate, then BOOM! Big bro stabs me in the back and basks in the suffering of the entire village as mom just went gray. He cackles and 'u mad bros' all 4 other players and... I dunno. I died unable to curse him. It sucked.

I was an Eve that spawned into a dead town. I came in to a fully stocked bakery with baskets and baskets of pies. It made a huge difference.

I now stay in any established town if I'm the last one. I've stayed to replant crops, gather missing crops, build a sheep pen, whatever else I could do. Wells, stanchion kits, and buckets help a lot too, just like making sure there is at least an axe, shovel, and other tools available.

The first comment is something super dark and interesting, thanks for that.

On the rest of the stories: no matter how badly it ended for your town, keep working until the end of your life, maybe as an excercise on suvival or for future eves to come. I was once abandoned by my eve mother just as I went 3 years old and she got AFK. A few seconds later my brother spawned. I couldn't carry him but I did my best to feed us both with whatever I could find/harvest from the wild. I promised him I would take care of us, since he was new, and he followed his big bro like a shadow, growing up slowly but healty. He made sure to tell me he loved me right before a wild boar put it's tusks inside his belly. I told him I was right there with him. He said he was sorry. He said "I don't have a name". I meant to say, "I'm here with you brother." But before I could say "Your name... is Steve". He was gone.

It broke my heart and there I was. Motherless and having lost my brother. A child not older than 5 in the wild. I've never survived on my own, always spawning in villages and towns. That time was the first. I managed to make up a pretty good camp, even got to farm, cook, get clothes. In the end, by the time I was 60, I wished my brother could have been there to see it. To be with someone else other than myself. I still wonder If that little camp will ever be found by a traveller in need.

On another ocassion, I spawned to be the first born of an Eve. One who just found a lost city, packed with pies, huge farm, a few buildings, forge, sheep pen, and clothes so worn out that once I put them I kid about being the "King of Beggars" (since the hat looked like a fur crown and the rest of the full clothes were just tatters). A few moments ago, while I was in awe exploring this place with food for a lifetime and not a soul around, my mother comes by with a newborn and wearing a golden leaf crown. She was the true Queen! Eve Manan (although she named herself after she named me Lucky -no last name).

I was free to build and do not essential task while stuffing myself on pies, improving buildings and roads and theaching my siblings to revive the farm. Then, I get back to the "kitchen" area for more pies... only to find the murder body of my mother and three other fresh graves. Who could have done it? Was there a murderer in town lurking around? Whoever was that mysterious killer didn't took the crown. That was the last thing I had from my mother. Once again, I was alone. A ruler amongs the ruins, echoing in a place to sustain me for life.

But Lucky was a proper name, since I went to become the Queen of a strong village, having several children who work hard to revive the farm, the pen, the kitchen, the forge. I loved them all, but my daughter was special, as she was the hope of our lineage. I named her Princess, and she brought hope indeed. As every girl she had, was named Hope.

In the end, my time in that lost city of gold was done. And before I left that growing town, living once again from the ashes, I gave the crown to my Princess. Her brothers hold the knives and swore to protect us all. And I went to the stars, thanking all those who lived before us, as life came again to the Lost City.

Wherever you are Princess, I know you did a good job after I died.

PS: My mother's last words, according to the family tree, were: "Killed by my own child". So the second eldest did it, and then they all starved to death.
