Spanish text?

So, im asking this because i see in couple place of people talking about the translations are ready but unfortunally there is not way to know when the game will get new languages.

But apparently u can use a mod to install the language, so i was wondering is this real or fake?, i really want to play this game on spanish, i already know english but if i have the game in my native language it would be more great.

Bueno esto lo estoy preguntando por que vi en algunos foros de gente diciendo que el juego ya tiene las traducciones al español echas, solo que no fueron aun aplicadas x ciertas circunstancias (Estos topicos son de hace muchos años atras), y me estaba preguntando si es posible que alguien tenga los parches al español y como se apliquen si es que exissten?

My guesses are that the Steam version will get updated language support when the game comes out on consoles. There's a lot of text in the game which is probably why its taken over a year to get the game ported to consoles due to the localisation requirement.
