What are some good tips and tricks to make my team better?

No matter how much I change my strategies, it doesn't seem like my team is getting better. How do I make my players and my team better? Sometimes, even though I enjoy the game, it feels a lot more like it's all random and luck

If you're changing Tactics all the time, you're actually hurting yourself. Your team needs time to develop understanding in their roles. You may want to check out this thread: https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/showthread.php?t=307213 - as it will help you make some decisions. But without seeing you're team, it's hard to make guesses as to what to improve. Sometimes, a few line changes can make all the difference. Pay attention to Game Ratings, specifically the Offensive and Defensive. See what your team is good and bad at, and adjust accordingly.

That is sure a lot of things to pay attention to.. the chart should be something that's in the game. Players can adapt to new positions over time, right?
