Not really. Most people that shout "he's a newcomer, inno" do it to newcomers that don't give logs.

Provided you have a fake claim and a way to "defend" yourself, then no, the newcomer title is not a challenge to overcome.

Not that you are able to get the class as a newcomer, I could swear there's a big restriction on getting important classes...
