Why do you need 240 fps? The human eye can't notice a change faster than ~60, you'll only see the image a bit jerky at times if it's under that.

I've used it to limit games that were thrashing my card :)

You can set the framerate limit to work globally on every application/game or you can select a specific game buy hitting the add button at the bottom and finding the exe file.
