Community servers are different :-)

Yeah it's a skill grinder like UO is and was,
if you become stronger your able to kill more and faster.

Crafting is the only way to get better weapons and gear,
or you make money and buy from players.

I myself bought the citizen's pass for Legends of Ultima...

On June 20th, they are implementing Britannia map to its server...

REALLY looking forward to it myself~!

yea i know, ive played this for atleast 1000 hours more than any sane person should. i dont mind grinding, i played games like lineage 2, but this game is just so weak and lazy, the loot is extremely boring. nobody buysa what u craft cos leveling up to gm takes like a few days and everyone have their own 1 man guild with their crafting alts anyway, its much better to sell raw materials, atleast that sometimes sell



i was hoping it would improve over the years but its just gotten worse and been a huge dissapointment and waste of time.

Got you mate , and i understand you now.

Seems they ruined the loot balance.
When i joined the official server, everything kinda droped like rain from the sky.

That's not my intention, rare loot is better , let's hope communty servers fix it :)

MAGE Master Quest

The video shows the dungeon Contempt level 2 ,
you don't have to kill there for the quest.

Description:


You must have a minimum of 80 skill points in the required skills to start this mission.

.) Speak to an NPC Mage trainer in Valus, Eldeir Village or Oasis.
.) Travel to Halls of Contempt and locate Vesper Wolf who is waiting outside.
-> you have to wait by the other npcs there or relog
.) Hunt 15 Orks
-> anywhere outside and the next step appears
.) Head to level 2 of Halls of Contempt
-> you have to go there and the next step appears
.) Next step tells you have to kill 15 Stone Harpy and 15 Wargs
-> Kill 15 Wargs anywhere outside and the next step appears.
.)Hunt 5 Ogres
Kill Ogres at Level 1B it's the next area after the teleporter.
.) Head back to Vesper Wolf and talk to him.

Return to a NPC Mage Trainer
Obtain a Tome: Master Mage book by killing Lord Barkas at the Black Forest Awakening or trade/purchase the book from another player.
Bring the tome to Grandmaster Magica in Valus Mage Tower

Joined the Hope server a few days ago and started the grind again. I have only seen about 6 people on the server while running around & chat is empty also. I bought the game when it dropped here on steam as a PvE game and was fun then but it was just a cash grab for a failing game... They turned it right back into a PvP game. I guess I am able to access the modded servers because i bought it then and did not have to pay the $19.99. Now that it is a dead game they charge you to play the mod servers that did it better than they could. When I bought the game we were all supposed to be able to mod and host our own. Not that I would really want to at this point. I will play the Hope server when I want to grind mindlessly and chill from other games, but I just don't see this game attracting new players willing to pay to play the best servers like Hope. I had over 700 hours in the game from the steam release before the switch back to PvP, swore the game off for a year or 2 and back now checking out the modded servers. Grats on getting the files guys! You actually did it better and sorry they did ya dirty by putting you behind a paywall.

Lucky you found 6 people,
the most of them are in their houses crafting skilling,
or porting from A to B like superman ;-)
The chat system isn't that good so we talk a lot on discord.

My playsessions are in dungeons mostly,
so you dont see me in towns or in the open world often :-)

There was an official Citadel Studios Inc. update ,
so the HOPE community server was down for one day.

Our server owner is a blast, he managed to fix the version conflict in one day.
