how does stealing, pvp looting, and corpse looting work?

I used to play UO years ago, I remember you could stealth and steal from players, You could kill them outside gaurded areas and dry loot everything on them, except for blessed items. and if someone dies to a monster, they have to find their body before some random player takes thier belongings.

How does aria work with these things listed above?

Suposed to be exactly like this :)
I did not tried LoA yet, I prefer playing on Legends of Ultima and they are modding their server to look like UO T2A.
But i would suggest you to ge watch some twitch live stream, theres plenty of them with the free week-end.
