How do we access the last two chapters (Visage Chapter 3 and Chapter 4) ?

This may seem silly but I genuinely can't find the objects that start the last 2 chapters.
Chapter 1 - a drawing is taped to the door on the right, upstairs.
Chapter 2 - mirror key is hanging on a peg next to the main entrance to the house

Can you please tell me where do I find the starting objects for 3 and 4?

Chapter 3 - Crutch. Left of mirror key.
Chapter 4 - There is no "object". Chapter 4 are the VHS Tapes, find (some tapes are hidden in the house, drawer, shelves, etc) and solve each location showed on each tape until you have all mask pieces.

Did i understand it right, there is no full content in chapter 4, like in the other 3 before -it's simply searching the areas for vhs-tapes ? I have no words for this !

It's a full chapter content-wise in my opinion. It's just not implemented the same way as the other 3.

Searching the areas and visiting different places and learning more about Dwayne (but not enough).
