Can we be killed only by sanity or more ?

Hi, I was just wondering if only lack of sanity could kill us or also some bad actions ?

I get killed by Dolores but I would like to know if I can easily prevent that by taking some pills or if we have to run from that batch anyway

You can be killed by missing sanity, if you'll wait too long and this point is annoying, because the most time you don't find the pills in time. Bad decision of the development, what are the pills for, if they'll help only a few minutes ?

Just step into well lit environments and you'll be fine. Sure there's one stage in Dolores where the lights don't work. Even then you can go into the mirror worlds which help you restore your sanity.

You can get killed only by the main characters or some entities. Lack of sanity doesn't kill you but it will provoke the ghosts to come around.

Lack of sanity kills you by provoking to appear and inviting an evil ghost to kill you. Better ? This is hair splitting. The ghost appears if you'll wait too long with taking your Xanax.

The lower your sanity becomes, the more Dwayne's "manifestations" are provoked, which in turn makes it easier for something to pop up and shank you (multiple times). More times than not you'll have intense music the moment something potentially fatal could happen and there's still a chance you could run/loop/hide to avoid it.

To avoid it, you'll have to press the Escape-button and exit this bad game. Bcecause where to run or where to hide, in the refridgerator, the washing machine, under the table, on the cabinet, behind the TV ?

Very bad. Maybe i'm too old and too lame for this game and it's overwhelming me with the right hand, left mechanics. I hope we'll never see such stupid function in a game again. Good old outlast.
