Electric room questions...

So apparently when the crazy grandma lady knocks out the power I go to the electrical room. And every breaker on the circuit breaker just doesn't seem to turn on the power. It just flips the main power switch... How does this work?

you just flip the main power switch; that's all you need to do.

How do I get to the electric room? I am at the point where I got the crowbar (from the mirror across the manequin in the basement), but I can't see ♥♥♥♥.

I wondered about this too. The game only lets you interact with the mains, not individual breakers. I don't remember specifically but once you hit the mains back on you might need to try going around flipping light switches cuz they might all be off.

The electric room is in the basement other side of the t.v., But you need a key, which is upstairs, next to lucy's room in the study, in a drawer
