As for to your questions....unfortunately I don't have any answers. However, I might recommend joining the Visage Discord server and posting your question there? Someone might have an answer for you there (though I can't promise it). Or, hopefully someone will be able to answer it here. https://discord.gg/visage/
in engine.ini for add specific fov you must only add to file this:

With DSR you can go above your native resolution (or whatever the game limits you to). For example im on a 1080p 24 inch monitor and with DSR i can run 1440p which downsamples the image to 1080p and gives me really crisp image. Heck ive gone to roughly 2800x1600p in Dying Light which fixes the horrible AA they have. :) Maybe you'll get other resolutions that fit your monitor. Maybe.
