how do I light a candle?

Make sure the lighter is equiped in your right hand and click on the candle.

Ok if I put it on a table i can light it. But it goes out after 3 seconds

me too but its a bug light just appear and no the flame on candle...

They are stationary light sources, you can't walk with the candles

You can hold the candle and then right click and move your lighter closer to glitch it you should be able to carry it around.
