Snail support email error/ Want to contact directly

Under the "Contact Us" section of snail games, several of the listed emails return a "does not exist" error when an email is sent. This is what I was trying to reach snail games usa with:

Hi, I have posted feedback on the steam discussions forum about the game and some ideas to improve it but I wanted to speak more directly to Snail because I care about the direction of the game and want to see the plan developers have for it. I have supported the company by purchasing Dark and Light and Pixark, I have extensive experience with survival and voxel games including Minecraft, Total miner, Crea, Trove, 7 days to die, Ark, Dark and Light, Rust, Space Engineers, Empyrion and others. I understand PVP and balancing game systems, I have even worked with the lead developer of Total Miner which sold over 1 million copies on XBOX live by finding bugs and submitting ideas directly to him on the forums, many of which were introduced into the game. I want a more effective way to know that my ideas are reaching the company. The discussion forums on steam are flooded with unhelpful complaints that offer no help and many posts dont have a clear idea or solutions to issues that are good for the game and its community. I am sure you dont have time to read hundreds of posts every day when most of them are people complaining that they were just raided and angry about bugs. Is there a more direct way to be sure that my ideas and bugs reports are actually making it to the developers and see what they have planned as a roadmap for changes to the game? I am willing to devote time to in depth system ideas and playtesting / bug reports if you need any of that from the community.

Mostly I am trying to see that the devs are hearing us as well as volunteering to help give well thought out solutions/additions and condensing the community opinions into something cohesive that snail can more easily address. Problem is, the email is broken, so this is the best avenue I have in which to contact them.
