There's a way to use Tek gear on "creative mode"?

Is there any methods or cheats that can allow me to bypass the tek level? Gaining tech levels can take a REALLY LONG TIME and I can't afford that. It's really stupid that tek content is blocked by this system even in singleplayer, It should be completly ignored by playing in creative mode.
