Ghost Dragon speed bug?
I have a tamed Ghost Dragon that I tamed recently and anytime I hold shift to fly faster, it keeps it's regular position and hardly goes any faster? I watched videos on people flying it and mine doesn't lean forward and doesn't go near the same speed. It doesn't have any weight added besides the saddle, so what's the issue here? Bugged? Some special key I need to press?

Are you playing single player or on a server?

It's a server I'm paying through a site. I have been able to get it to fly faster (how it is suppose to fly and lean forward) a few times but I can't get it to go anymore. It would just work sometimes. Now it doesn't at all. Keyboard works fine, nearly brand-new from HP themselves and doesn't have any issues so it's not the keyboard. I switched to a single player session to try it there and it's the same issue.

Check if your switch input method is related to the SHIFT key. change it to other key if so and try again.

I changed it but it's still the same issue. I tried the same thing with a Gryphon and it flies with no issue. Same with running animals.

I had a friend try to fly it and it does the same thing to him. I would think it's the server but again, I switched to a single-player session and it didn't work there, either. I didn't think about it but was there a patch that changed the speed and posture of the dragon's flying that came out? The videos I watched of it flying like a dragon would fly was nearly a year ago when the game first came out.

Hmm, the speed increase does appear to be there (though minor, as you stated) and the animation does look... wrong. Thanks for the report, will send it over to the devs.

All flying tame speeds were nerfed into the ground (because "muh PvP and not-hidden base!"), Gargoyles used to be lightning fast -- Now everything flies at the same speed, whether it's a "fast" flyer or a Quetzal. Best thing to do if you want flight speed is get a Quetzal subspecies and spam the dash/boost ability.
