where do i get primary magic core?

One place is from Gem Spiders. Then I imagine after you kill enough of them you can make a wand and mine more of them.

I've seen them around the Magic Forest, Dark Forest, and Golden Realm I think. They're tough though!

you can get the magic core off nearly all magic creatures, including skeletons zombies

The Mushroom creatures in the caves right at the starting zone are the way to go. 2-3 arrows should do the trick to kill them.
