About item rarity

Ive been wondering, is there a way to increase crafted item rarity?
so far i only rely on raiding dungeon to get higher rarity item
is it possible to craft it? or can we increase damage % somehow?
can we increase damage % of ascendent item?
all crafted only get primitive rarity

If you are on a mutliplayer server. You'll gain better rewards from Supply drops. Unfortunately for singleplayer that isn't an option.

I'm pretty sure you cannot craft items of increased rarity, however you can use the firearms workbench to mod higher rarity items and further improve them I think (I've yet to play about with that much myself though), that's covered in this vid:

Have not tried it yet ( i keep forgetting before i craft a weapon or wand etc) but the crafting potion may enhance the item. It's description says it increases crafting speed, and enhances item quality, or something along them lines. If that doesn't work then i don't see a way of increasing an items rarity.

ah i see, watched it, so its for gun, ive been lokking like for sword or spear, but this one help also (i forgot theres firearm workbench on engram @_@)

ive tried this, using the potion and craft 5 ghost dragon saddle, all primitive, i dunno if maybe it will work on equip, gonna try next time
