Error Opening Application That Does Not Run

My directx and 12 have already recovered the files of the game being that I just downloaded and still does not open. I have more games in the steam and everyone opens up taking the pixark already rebooted my computer reinstalled all drives and still does not open the game being the deletei and installed 10 times.

I'm talking about that I tried all the help by (files that could be outdated) and all ways to correct this error in the internet of drives and programming and none solved I stayed 2 hours doing all the possibilities all the games works normally only PIXARK does not open.

If you are getting Comodo notifications when trying to start the game Comodos firewall might be blocking it, is the game allowed through Comodo?
