It is the Ice Box or Ice Chest. I can't remember the name but you put snow or ice in it and it works great. Right now I am using snow from when there is a snow storm. I just dig dirt and get snow and put it in the chest.

all I see is the preserving bin, it looks more like a fridge than it does in ark if that makes a difference

Well, I am not sure what to say. I am not in the electric stage so maybe there is one, later down the road, but for now, the ice box works just like a fridge.
