What level should I be for the final battle in the first play through?

I'm struggling with level 55 playing the game, but am near to finishing the final battle.

Fire is maxed out, everything else needs leveled up.

try to max out ice or cat trap (of both) asap. at founder island you can kill those chest monsters for some good cash quite easy (lookout they 1shot you)
with that cash max out more skills and go to one of those ice caves, top right one with only ice enemys in it. spam kill em for almost instant lvl 99.
the end boss should be doable at 60ish but why not spend like 30min to get to lvl 99

What's Cat Trap, I can't find that spell.

I just have fire, ice, heal, and lightning.

I found Cat Trap, I'm level 2 on it and level 7 on Ice.

I'm level 57.

I ended the game with level 55. Just need the correct equipment and spells (in my case, heal, lightining, ice, and trap)

Purrserk + Cat Trap = best combo of magic and feels almost like cheating. Purrserk can be found on the South West of the map and increase all your damage by 140% at level 10, including the damage dealt by Cat Trap.
The combination is deadly even against magic resistant enemies.

I suggest maxxing Cat Trap first, then using it to efficiently farm the chest enemies in the Founder's Island dungeon. 1200+ gold per run, takes less than a min. 10-15 runs to max a spell.

If you're using spells to damage enemies, remember to equip the gear with the highest magic stat, as you probably won't need the other stats as much.

No. Heal is terrible. You NEED to get Astropaw. You can find it up north
