"Stronger" enemies

When i saww that i thought they would be just a little stronger, not to the point where they put dragons in the starting area...

I managed to get to lvl 80+, and then the blue scarf quest... oh well, gotta start again (stronger enemies + naked cat + 9 lives). To get past these tough enemies I highly recommend grinding some experience on easier ones. At lvl 3-5 that first dragon fight is really messy, but if you come at lvl 15 or something, it is much easier.

also was i supposed to get water walking after defeating the skull knight after getting the first spell`?

In normal game you don't get water walking right away, but in mew game it is intentional, I guess. It makes certain parts of the game significantly easier to do, especially considering serious limitations mew game modifiers apply.

Yeah, for Naked Cat, water walking doesn't do much except let you reach some XP farm spots more easily, but it DOES let you reach fish, which are easy to fight with a few levels and some basic caution. They're worth plenty of XP.

Really, ESPECIALLY with water walking, you can grind all the levels you need to beat the game before you even fight that first dragon... just farm fish til you can beat the dragon north of Pawt City (level 30 or so, maybe, with spells), farm him to about level 50-60, then farm the dragon south of Pawtato Farm for your remaining levels. Make sure you max your utility spells (Flamepurr, Ice Paw, Purrzerk, and I prefer Lightnyan for raw damage to spend excess mana). Save at a nearby town and return to title screen, then continue, to quick-respawn the dragons.

Naked Cat is just farming more levels to make up for the gear stats you're missing. By about level 100, you should be all set. Stronger Monsters really just makes getting those levels easier. I beat Mew Game with Stronger Enemies, Naked Cat, and 9 Lives in less than three hours, and only lost two lives being careless fighting dragons early.
