I adore this game, but having just a few small issues [Beware of possible spoilers!]
So I'm at The Point of No Return in the main quest. I've completed all side quest, and all of the dungeons. I finished everything by level 85. I've spent the last half hour or so grinding xp in The End of the Road dungeon (that one is fantastic for xp grinding, thanks to those ghosts!), but I'm still only 90. Admittedly, I've done a lot of things far earlier than I should have (for instance, the 'final' level 99 side quest, I did around level 72, and End of the Road was 81ish), but that leaves me with another nine levels to go, and the only way to get 'em is with a mindless grind (unless the final stretch in the main quest gives me those levels, but since it's TPoNR, I don't want to risk it, in case there's no post-game).

I'm at 94 / 100 for Fashionista, as well, but have no idea what I'm missing, or how to find them. I *think* I've found all the gold chests -- but it seemed like a good half of them gave me duplicates of things I'd already acquired. Good for upgrades, bad for collecting. In addition, there's no easy way to tell whether or not I've found the gold chest in a particular dungeon, unless I go to each one, one at a time, and hunt for it again. Don't suppose you'd consider putting in some kind of indicator, similar to the 'incomplete' marker, to show whether or not all of a dungeon's treasures have been found?

Speaking of collecting -- I'm also wanting to upgrade all of my spells to max. Even though I don't use all of them, it's just a completionist thing. But... Gold is the issue now! Again, with all the quests being done, I have no easy way to gather gold. I've found the pirate's treasure already, looted every dungeon, so with this as well, it'd be another grind.

Am I missing something? Or do I just gotta sit down and go beat up ghosts for a few hours now?

On a side note, if you don't mind suggestions / requests -- it'd be very nice to have a way to scroll around the map. When I was hunting down the last few side quests and dungeons, it was rather tedious to fly for a bit, stop, zoom out, look around, zoom in, fly for a bit, zoom out, look around, et cetera. Then I'd level up a bit to where I could handle tougher things, then have to do it all over again to find the next higher ones.

This is absolutely not me saying the game is bad, far from it. It's incredibly fun, adorable, and had me hooked two minutes into the demo (then there's half my friends popping in to say 'of *course* you'd play a game called cat quest). It's just wanting to do *everything* that changes it from 'whee, kitties!' to 'awww maaaan, time to go grinding again'.

(Also, also, I finished the quest on Death Isle, where at the end, it told me to go play Slashy Hero, and that 'it's free!' I went to look it up out of curiosity, but... it's not free! D: Was I supposed to get some sort of code?)

Hey there! Thanks for playing our game!
If nothing went wrong, the game is designed so that you would get Fashionista Lion by doing every side quest and getting every chest in every cave and dungeon.
Some chests are hidden behind secret paths, and you may have missed the one in the Secret Dungeon too.
As for grinding for gold and xp, we have also designed certain enemies to be great sources of exp/gold. Its up to you to find them. :)
(Hint: You may have come across an enemy that looks awfully like a chest....they drop the most gold in the game)

Slashy Hero is free on iOS and Android! :)

I definitely got the one in the secret dungeon (and I think that was probably my favorite dungeon in the whole game!)

Managed to dig up two that I'd missed early on, back before I'd gotten the gold key but forgot to backtrack to. One gave me a new armor, the other gave me a duplicate sword, so hey, I'm at 96 / 100 now. :P

Problem is, I have a very faulty memory -- I just simply do not remember which ones I've found, or even where they were in each dungeon. If you wouldn't mind considering it, perhaps put some sort of indicator where gold chests are / were, even just a different floor tile? Something that says 'this is where the shiny thing was', basically.

As far as Slashy Hero on devices... Drat, I don't have anything that can play it, and I spent this check's game budget in Cat Quest. Worth it!

I agree it.

Also, If I could know which dungeon(or cave) I don't open a golden chest, it would be good. at Fashonista Lion achievement, I'm at 96/100 too. :P

Currently, there isn't a way to see which cave has the golden chest as that would make it too obvious where the golden chests are.
The best tip we can give you is that most of the golden chests are in the ruins. :)

Wait, doesn't every cave have a gold chest somewhere?

Nope not every cave/ruins. :)

Dangit, that just makes it even harder!

Now not only do I not remember which ones I've definitely looted, I don't even know which ones had loot to loot to begin with.

Another question -- since there's only one save game, is it possible to back it up to prevent losing it, and restore it later?

We're currently working on multiple save slots too, but the workaround is you can head to:
C:\Users\User Name\AppData\LocalLow\The Gentlebros Pte_ Ltd_\Cat Quest

You may need to reveal hidden files to see the AppData folder, but once you've found it, you can back up the sav files there. :)

Exactly what I was hoping for, thanks!
