Pretty sure I didnt buy this game.
where did this come from?

It's free. Are you sure you didn't just accidentally install it in the steam store or something?
You can hide it in your library by setting its category to Hidden, or you can remove it via help.steampowered.com. However, I would love if you stuck around to play, because the game is really fun!

Apparamtly my sister got it thinking she was on her account. Looks pretty fun watching her play so I might have to give it a try.
