Why "B" button is open file?
I want set "B" is draw mesh.and i set it,but sometime B is open file,some time is not

"B" is assigned to a background image tool in default settings. You need to change it.
Edit > Customize > Tools > StreamLine Engine Tools > BGImage Control.
