Problem is, that doesn't seem to be working anymore. I moved out all the personal assets I'd added to the original DPS before updating to DPS2. After the update, I moved all those folders back in but they still don't show up for me. So I'm not sure if the method to add assets has changed or if that functionality is not available yet. Hopefully we can get that clarified.
Here's a link to that post:

For custom assets, I had to just add mine to an existing folder. I couldn't get it to see the new folder I created regardless of how I structured it. To add it in DPS2, use the "Open Folder" button in the bottom right corner when you are in the folder you want to add it to, copy and paste it into the folder, then use the "refresh" button also in the the bottom right corner
The list of mods is updated when the app is launched.
DPS2 stores assets inside "tilesets" folder.
DPS1 stores assets inside "data/collections" folder.
So, if you have some custom art imported to DPS1, and you want to use it with DPS2, just copy it from "data/collections" to "tilesets".
Hi Pyro,
Thanks for your reply.
I've copied the folders into the "Tilesets" folder as instructed but when I go to "Resources" in DPS2 they are still not listed.
Is there a step I am missing, like should the folders have a particular naming convention or internal sub-folder structure for DPS to be able to pick them up?
I am mystified why the .png files in the folders are not just automatically visible.
Just to be clear these are not mods I've "installed" in DPS previously but assets downloaded from Roll 20 that I've purchased but want to use DPS2 to create maps with for my home game.
So is there a way to "install" them to get the program so that it recognises that they are there, because natively it doesn't seem to be able to do it just by copying them into the directory.
